The Gbagyi are widespread in Niger, Kaduna, and Plateau states and the Federal Capital Territory. Some lives in Kogi state.  In many places, particularly in FCT, Kogi and Kaduna states, they are interspersed with other people. They are divided into two main groups. Late(chief of staff to the president) Abba Kyari The president of Gbagyi student associationof Nigeria (GBASAN) sent his condolences message to the family of late Abba Kyari  ( chief of staff to the president) Comrd. Gadaga Habakkuk said "  It's really a sad news today wake up this morning and the first news was ur dead, i have always pray that like the others recovery i await to hear that you also recover. But revised was the case, we believe God has his reasons and we can't ask him why.
