SHIRORO BANDIT: POETIC TUESDAY🙆🙆😭

INSECURITY

Arise my ancestors!

Your leftovers have been usurp and set ablaze by your mongers.

Your unfinished journey is now a synonym of sorrow, befriended by love of power,

Shrouded under the ocean of dilemma.

Our lives are on edge,

The wind blew the spirit of the dead, where the sand is drenched in cold blood.

The sun set and all take refuge for fear and succor.

Are we humans?

Where has our conscience gone?

Would my unborn children have a land to trade on?

J Hussaini

Imperfection isn't perfection

Perfection is perfection

And I'm not the definition of perfect

Im nothing

So please

Just don't look at me

Your unborn will have a story to ruminate by taking a good glance your wooden slate

I get lost in this world

I'm afraid you will leave

I'm told we'll be forever

but that saying can I believe

they all say I can find happiness, where happiness my ancestors whispered to me when I was in mother's womb?

I just have to look within

but I don't have faith in myself

this struggle I will never win

I try to be more positive

but I don't have much to present

I dream things were disparate

but this was the body that to me was seen

Sir kokki

Oh! Mother,is this my Fatherland you promised me?

Fictitious it is and full of ironies, tragedy at it peak.

When will the rain fall

To grow the seed of frith?

Have we succumb to the snatcher of our joy?

Have we bargain away our right?

Behold,my youth, our pacified land has been carted away to hell.

I sat to sight the sereneness of my future,

dangling it was, crying out for succor.

(J.Hussaini)

Just know I don't want to be this way

but I can't help the way I feel and every single day my insecurity reminds me this is real...

I could go verse by verse talking about how much the pressure of being beautiful affects us teenagers

And not only us teenagers but every single person suffers for the highest rank of physical perfection

The stress is too much and I'm struggling to break free from the society's priorities

But if you absolutely have to focus on my looks

Then don't look at me.

Because my biggest weakness is my insecurity.

Sir kokki

I sit on the moon

And see how men have become monsters on the land He had pacified.

Mortality remains an adjective to man's life,

heedless is man as he had failed to see himself from a mirror.

We have been obliged,

Our virginity at it lowest apt and raped by our naive soul.

Oh! Prefixes, stay away from my security,

This land is ours, let it grow greenish.

J Hussaini

Insecurities are the negative feelings we have towards ourselves

Sometimes those big smiles you have grows old

That beautiful body you once teased and drowned with your words grows cold

We're raped

We're denied our right

We're demoralised

We're bankrupted by mare being in their quest for worldly possessions...

When will we surgeon with sucur?

When would sucur descend?

Those beautiful eyes you have become glassy from all the tears that fell from them

We're homeless

Hapless

That perky face droops because you stop smiling

Where is the smile?

Nobody knows you more than you know yourself

Nobody knows the pain you deal with everyday

My heart is so broken for reasons you would not even think, it is broken because I beat myself up everyday with insecurities

Sir kokki

Society has shaped us into people we should be, into the people we have to be

Or else we get made fun of

The sad truth about our world, about our society, about us as people if we only have one life to live

Loving yourself is very hard

But never starting, never even trying is what can kill you the most

So make something out of your life

Appreciate the things you would not expect too

Because we're living a temporary Life

Let's make it..

Make it memorable

Tomorrow is a new day

Tomorrow is a chance to start over

Tomorrow is a chance to change

This calamity will end.

Sir kokki
